These terms govern use of montroseandlane.shop and orders placed with Montrose & Lane. Read them with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform; MTG GLOBAL LLC is the seller of the products.

Shopify services and your privacy choices

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We share personal information with Shopify and service providers that may be located in other countries to operate the store and provide services. When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify also processes information to provide services based on your interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify. Products, sizing and availability

Product pages identify the items and options offered. Images, lighting and screen settings can affect how a color appears. Review the item description and our Size Guide before ordering; size labels do not guarantee identical measurements across styles. Availability may change. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

Prices, checkout and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The checkout shows the available payment methods, total and taxes or charges collected by us before you place an order. Additional destination import charges may apply as explained in our Shipping Policy. A payment authorization or automated acknowledgment does not override an inability to fulfill an order or an obvious error; if a correction affects your order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution.

Orders, cancellations and errors

Check all information before submitting an order. Contact us promptly about a requested change or cancellation. We can act only if preparation or dispatch can still be stopped. We may need to verify an order, correct an obvious pricing or description error, or decline an order for a legitimate reason such as suspected fraud. We will explain a material issue and refund any payment that should be returned when an order cannot proceed.

Delivery and returns

Standard Shipping is free with no minimum purchase for destinations available at checkout. Order preparation is normally 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is 5–8 business days after dispatch; preparation and transit are separate. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery under the conditions, costs and process in our Return & Refund Policy. That policy also addresses defective or incorrect items and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content and external services

Website text, images and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Use the website for its intended shopping and informational purposes. Reproduction or other commercial use requires the necessary rights or permission. Third-party links are provided for convenience; the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices apply to its services.
